Non-profit partnership “National Council on Corporate Governance” is open for new members. Representatives of the Russian and foreign business community and federal authorities (ministries, relevant committees of the State Duma and Federation Council) and Russian and foreign for-profit and non-profit organizations can be NCCG members.
NCCG membership is also open for individuals who take a practical interest in the development of corporate governance and participate in building the national system of corporate governance, and those who have a reputation in the business community.
NCCG membership for legal entities is conditional on a company’s visibility (detailed information about the company can be obtained from public sources) and interest in improving its corporate governance practices. In order to join the non-profit partnership “National Council on Corporate Governance,” applicants should send a written request (no rigid form is required) to the Presidium or Chairman of the Partnership. The decision on admission of new Members to the Partnership is taken by an open voting of NCCG Presidium members. Within 30 days of admission, a new Member must pay the admission fee (Section VII of the NCCG Charter).
